➕ Celeb Addition Rules 1. Basic Requirements for New Additions - Celebrities who are actively working in their respective fields - Celebrities with a high number of user recommendations 2. Detailed Criteria by Category ■ Actors ✅ Actors who are actively continuing their acting careers - Actors who have appeared in 2 or more works in supporting roles or higher - Actors with at least one credited work released within the past 3 years - If an actor has won a Rookie Award, they may be added even with fewer than 2 works - Eligible works include: Films, TV dramas with 12 or more episodes, OTT series (Web dramas, sitcoms, musicals, etc. are excluded) ■ Singers ✅ Celebrities who actively release music - Singers who have released an album or digital single within the past year - Singers who do not belong to the idol genre ■ Entertainers ✅ Celebrities actively appearing on variety shows or YouTube - Entertainers who are currently fixed cast members on a variety show within the past year - Entertainers who have been consistently active on one fixed program for over a year - YouTubers with 500,000+ subscribers who primarily produce variety content (Guest appearances, MCs of music/audition programs, and radio DJs are excluded) ------------------------------ ➖ Celeb Exclusion Rules 1. Voting Criteria - Celebrities will be excluded if they receive zero votes on 3 or more separate days within the past 30 days, even if the days are not consecutive. 2. End of Activities & Social Issues - Celebrities will be excluded upon official disbandment or retirement announcements. - In cases involving social controversies, removal will be decided through internal review. 3. Removal Schedule - Applied on the 6th of every month (after voting closes on the 5th). ------------------------------ ✔️ Notes - You will receive a push notification if your selected My Celeb receives zero votes. - Celebrities added less than 90 days ago are not subject to removal. - The Rising category is a temporary, event-based category. After the event ends, top-ranking celebrities may be added to official categories. - Updates on the Rising category will be announced via the event board. If the category is not active, no separate notice will be provided. - Idols are available on the CHOEAEDOL app.

We take serious measures to counter multi-accounts abuse. Any users who create and abuse multiple accounts, their original and other related accounts will be banned. Users who are discovered creating and abusing multiple accounts would be banned from our app. We will not recover their banned accounts. We will also not process any refund requests for those users. ♥ CHOEAEDOL Celeb Rules ♥ [ Select 'My Celeb' and vote. ] - Voting for your 'My Celeb' raises your level(user's accumulated votes) as well as the ranking of the idol. - If you change your celeb, your level will be reset. - After changing your My celeb, you can change it again 48 hours after your last amendment [ Voting Period ] - Voting start: Every day at 00:00 (KST) - Voting deadline: Every day at 23:30 (KST) - The voting window closes at 23:30 and daily rankings are reset at 00:00. - If you are living outside Korea, keep in mind when is 23:30(KST) in your location! Gotta focus until the very last moment. [ Vote Tabulation Period ] - Every day’s votes are tabulated from 23:30 to 00:00 KST - Every day’s final rankings are determined by the tabulation results [ HOT time ] - 20:00 ~ 23:30 every day (KST) - You can get extra reward hearts if you log in during HOT time. [ 2 Types of Hearts ] - Daily Heart: Hearts you can only use within the day those hearts are given. Daily Hearts are reset (will disappear) at 23:30(KST) every day. - Ever Heart: Hearts that would not disappear as long as you don’t use them [ Hall of Fame(HOF) > Accumulative Rank ] - This is the rank calculated from the points received on the Hall of Fame in a 30-days period (100 points will be given to No.1, 99 points to No.2,..., 1 point to No.100 according to every day’s ranking) - Points earned 30 days ago are deleted every day, and today's points are added automatically. [ Hall of Fame (HOF) >Daily Vote Rank ] - You can check the number of votes idols received as well as their daily rankings [ All In Day ] - The day of giving a heart to My Idol is called 'All In Day'. - By using an “All In Day Item”, users can designate My Celeb All In Day and it would be displayed - All In Day can be decided by the buyer of the item alone, or by talking with fans in the community. - All In Day items cost 5 diamonds at a time and can only be purchased by level 15 users or higher:) - In the community, click the dot button in the upper right corner and click [All In Day Settings] to set it up. [Schedule] -Users are not able to create a schedule if there are more than 10 schedules on that date. - Only 10 schedules will be shown on the calendar on each date. - If you find any unrelated schedule, please select X. The unrelated schedule will be deleted by the admin without notice and the admin may ban the user from creating posts and schedules for a week. - Users who have created a schedule before, please double-check the schedule and delete the unrelated schedule. [ Report system ] - 20 hearts will be used when you use the report function. - Hearts will not be consumed when reporting posts in your idol's community written by someone who has set other idols as 'my idol'. When will the reported posts be deleted? 1. When a standard post gets 3 or more reports. 2. When a post with 100 hearts or more gets 6 or more reports. 3.
